Terms of use

1. An independent football service.

Match XI is operated by a football enthusiast in Kyiv, Ukraine, with contact at support@matchxi.com. It provides Premier League fixtures, team news, lineups, statistics and related tools. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Premier League or its clubs.

These terms apply to use of the site and its optional account features. The privacy notice explains data use; agreeing to these terms does not itself consent to analytics or lineup emails. No paid subscription or purchase is offered by these terms.

2. Read the label and the source.

Predicted lineups are estimates. Team news may be incomplete, conditional or delayed. Only an official team sheet supports the Official XI label, and later source corrections may still occur. Historical records describe their dated fixture.

We aim for useful, accurate information but do not guarantee every record, update time or forecast. The service does not provide betting, financial or medical advice. Decisions you make using the information are your own; the site does not promise a sporting or financial outcome.

3. Your account and optional emails.

Use an email address you control. Keep sign-in codes, account access and private email-management links to yourself. Do not impersonate someone or request unwanted messages for another person. Contact us if you think access has been compromised.

You can manage or delete your account in account settings. Guest saves can be lost when browser data is cleared. Email alerts require an explicit opt-in: guests confirm by email, while signed-in users can enable them from a verified account. You can pause or unsubscribe separately; a message already being sent may still arrive. Deleting an account does not automatically stop a separate email subscription.

4. Fair use, sources and rights.

You may browse, use the provided tools and share links to public pages. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access or rate controls, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or abusive material, or reproduce content in a way that misrepresents its source or certainty.

Club and league names identify the subjects covered. Trademarks, source articles, photographs and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners; a source link is not a licence to reuse that material. These terms do not grant blanket rights to republish third-party content.

If you send a correction, you allow us to use its factual information to investigate and update the service. Sending a correction does not transfer ownership of your message. We use it to investigate and do not publish your personal contact details as part of the correction. If you believe material infringes your rights, send the page URL, identify the material and explain your authority to make the request.

5. Availability and responsibility.

Features and data coverage can change, and the service can be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures or other reasons. We may restrict abusive use or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

External sites and providers operate under their own terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Match XI does not guarantee uninterrupted access or accept responsibility for losses caused solely by reliance on a forecast or by third-party services outside its control. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Changes and questions.

We may revise these terms as features change, showing the updated date on this page and drawing attention to material changes where appropriate. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have. A new paid or materially different service would need its own applicable terms.

Applicable law determines the rights and remedies available to you; these terms do not impose exclusive foreign courts or waive mandatory protections. For questions or a dispute, start with support@matchxi.com so we can try to resolve it.
