A question before kick-off?

Browse the questions below, or search on this device.

Is a predicted XI a confirmed team?

No. A prediction is an estimate of the starting team and can be wrong. Only an official team sheet supports an Official XI label. Team news is a separate state when the available evidence does not support a full forecast.

Understand lineup states
How do I save a team, match or player?

Use the save control on the relevant page. My teams, My matches and My players are separate collections. Guest saves stay in this browser. Signing in lets you choose which local saves to bring into your account and use across devices.

Open My teams
Why are my saved items missing?

Guest saves are tied to a browser and device. Private browsing, clearing site data or switching browser can remove or hide them. Check whether you are signed into the same account. Saving an item does not subscribe you to email.

Open your account
How do I sign in?

Open Account and enter your email address to receive a sign-in code. Check spam or junk if the message does not arrive. Use the latest code and never share it. If access still fails, contact support without including your code or private sign-in link.

What will lineup emails tell me?

Alerts cover future official starting XIs for your selected clubs when published before kick-off. They are not a live-score feed or a promise of instant delivery. Email alerts require an explicit opt-in. Guests confirm by email; signed-in users can enable them from their verified account. Creating an account alone never enables alerts.

Choose lineup alerts
How do I pause or stop emails?

Use the management or unsubscribe link in an alert. You can also request a fresh management link below. Pausing retains your choices; unsubscribing stops future alerts. A message already being sent may still arrive. You do not need to sign into an account to unsubscribe, and it does not delete your saved teams or matches.

Manage email alerts
Which time zone are kick-off times shown in?

Times start in UTC. Use the footer’s time-zone control to change the display. Guests keep the choice in this browser; signed-in accounts sync it across devices. Email quiet hours use their separate email setting. A fixture can fall on a different calendar day in another time zone, and its scheduled kick-off may change.

Why does a page differ from the latest club announcement?

Match XI checks and publishes updates periodically. A new announcement may not yet be processed or may need a clearer source. Page generation time, source publication time and lineup checks describe different things. Follow the linked official source for the original statement.

Where can I see how forecasts performed?

The forecast record compares stored predictions with official starters where both are available. Missing evidence and exclusions matter. An old prediction is not reconstructed using information that arrived later, and past performance does not guarantee the next lineup.

Can I use the site with a keyboard or screen reader?

Use Skip to content, keyboard-focusable controls and the textual lineup information alongside visual views. If a control, contrast or layout makes the site difficult to use, tell us the page, device or assistive technology and what happened. We welcome accessibility reports.
